Responsibilities
Translate work instructions between supervisors and employees.
Communicate clearly and professionally with all parties.
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all translations.
Relay the tone and style of the original language accurately.
Render spoken messages clearly, accurately, and promptly.
Concentrate effectively while others are moving or speaking nearby.
Demonstrate sensitivity to cultural expectations and differences among employees.
Listen carefully to ensure audiences hear and interpret messages correctly.
Use relevant software tools related to assigned tasks.
Work independently, meet deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure.
Demonstrate interest in growth within a manufacturing environment.
Experience
Three or more years of translation experience preferred.
Experience in a manufacturing industry preferred.
Skills
Strong understanding of grammar.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure.
Qualification And Education
Ability to work on-site in a manufacturing facility environment.
Ability to stand, walk, and communicate effectively for extended periods of time.
