About Us Georgia Highlands College is a multi‑campus, state college member of the University System of Georgia. Job Summary This position provides support for Recruitment and other functions across all GHC campuses.

Must be a current GHC student.

Responsibilities

Understand, support, and carry out the college’s mission, vision, and values and comply with mandates and regulations of government and accrediting bodies.

Provide general office support assistance.

Assist with HUB front desk and VHUB customer service as needed.

Support ticketing system and phone queue operations.

Assist with display creation and maintenance.

Assist with the creation and posting of advertisements such as flyers and signs.

Assist with stock maintenance, including inventorying supplies and promotional/giveaway items (swag).

Assist with campus events, tours, and activities for prospective students and families.

Follow up with prospective students for outstanding documents.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Current GHC undergraduate student.

Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) currently being met.

Current‑Year FAFSA on file with all verifications and any other requirements complete.

Currently enrolled for at least six (6) credit hours (in most instances).

Some prior experience preferred, but not required. Job‑specific training will be provided.

Salary US$12 per hour, up to 19 hours per week.
