Administrative Coordinator (Full-Time)

Pay Range:
$17.50 – $19.00 per hour Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday–Friday Hours:
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM , with a
30-minute unpaid lunch
About the Role We are seeking a full-time
Administrative Coordinator
to serve as the front office and administrative lead for our staffing branch. This role balances customer-facing responsibilities with ownership of key administrative and compliance processes that keep the office running smoothly.The ideal candidate is service-oriented, dependable, and comfortable taking responsibility for administrative tasks without constant direction. A strong phone presence, attention to detail, and follow-through are essential in this role. What You’ll Be Responsible For
Serve as the primary phone contact for the branch and represent the company professionally Greet candidates, employees, and clients and assist them in person Manage office supplies, ordering, and general office organization Complete I-9s and support employment eligibility and onboarding documentation Process employee updates, including direct deposit and personal information changes Take ownership of administrative portions of compliance workflows Track, follow up on, and file required employee documentation Maintain accurate electronic and physical records Monitor shared inboxes and coordinate scheduling and confirmations Support recruiters and branch leadership with administrative and operational tasks Identify missing paperwork or process gaps and work to resolve them What We’re Looking For
Strong customer service skills with a professional, confident phone voice Comfortable handling sensitive employee information Organized and reliable with strong attention to detail Able to work independently and keep administrative tasks on track Clear written and verbal communication skills Career Path This role offers growth potential into
