Overview
Customer Service Rep(08104) - 8565 FM 2673. This role is for individuals who can multi task and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The goal is to serve customers quickly and safely by operating efficiently in the store. We are seeking highly motivated applicants with personality, people skills, and a desire to serve. Responsibilities
Operate all store equipment Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler Prepare products and receive/process telephone orders Complete required paperwork and maintain store equipment Clean equipment and facility daily Training
Orientation and on-the-job training Training will focus on taking orders, labeling boxes, and making pizzas Qualifications
You must be 16 years of age or older Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Essential Functions/Skills
Ability to perform basic arithmetic and make correct monetary change Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to process orders Strong eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity for assembling orders Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen Work Conditions & Physical Demands
Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather when performing outside tasks In-store temperatures range from 32°F to 90°F+ Fumes from food odors and cornmeal dust Cramped quarters, hot surfaces up to 500+ degrees, and moving mechanical parts Standing for most tasks; occasional walking, sitting, lifting up to 50 pounds; reaching and manual tasks required Team members may need to climb stairs or ladders for signage or maintenance Additional Information
Hours are flexible; scheduling can accommodate 1 shift per week up to 5-6 shifts per week with daytime and evening options Note
