Salary Range:
$44,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
Execute repairs and replacements of defective parts, components, and systems.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and production line stoppages.
Install, commission, and relocate new manufacturing equipment.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
Recommended Qualifications
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for diagnostics and minor programming adjustments.
Ability to interpret technical documents such as blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
Demonstrated understanding and adherence to safety protocols and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo)
Welding (MIG/TIG) and fabrication skills
PLC programming or advanced troubleshooting experience
HVAC or refrigeration certification
