Position Description Ryder is hiring Permanent Full‑time Inventory Clerks / Cycle Counters in Hagerstown, MD.
Compensation & Schedule
Hourly Pay: $22.00 per hour
Shift Premium: $1.50 per hour when working third shift
Schedule: Third Shift (Monday – Friday 10:00 pm – 6:30 am)
Pay is weekly.

Responsibilities
Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
Audit inbound and outbound shipments.
Participate in physical inventories as needed.
Provide floor support to Operation Supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues.
Resolve inventory discrepancies.
Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with emphasis on safety.
Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High‑school diploma or equivalent preferred.
1+ year warehouse experience; forklift operation preferred.
1+ year experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) preferred.
Equipment certification may be required depending on location.
Ability to read location, date, and product codes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to create and maintain professional relationships with peers, supervisors, and customers.
Works independently and as part of a team.
Fast‑paced, self‑driven; able to multitask, highly organized, excellent time‑management.
Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices.
Additional Notes Some positions require additional screening, including employment and education verification, motor‑vehicle record check, and/or background checks.
