Customer Solutions Representative

to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, resolving inquiries, and delivering effective solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for providing outstanding service. Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, chat, or online platforms Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products, services, or solutions Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Technical Support, Operations) to ensure timely resolution Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and upsell or cross-sell when appropriate Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor\'s degree preferred) 1-3 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or solutions-based roles Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work independently in a remote environment Proficiency in CRM tools, email systems, and basic office software Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace Preferred Skills

Experience in remote or virtual customer service roles Familiarity with SaaS, technology, or service-based industries Multilingual skills are a plus What We Offer
