Job Description This part‑time position is projected to start on 02/02/2026 and requires 2 weeks of mandatory paid training at our Ent headquarters in Colorado Springs, CO. Service Center assignment will be determined upon hire and location will vary within El Pasco County.
Required availability for this position is Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (shifts will vary within these hours) and Saturdays from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.
Upon hire, you may be placed in a temporary assignment until a permanent opening becomes available. This assignment may be at a different location based on operational needs.
The primary purpose of this position is to provide superior member service; driving member satisfaction and retention by helping members take full advantage of Ent’s product and service range. This is accomplished through accurate and professional member transactions, enhanced member awareness of existing products and services, and regularly meeting monthly sales standard goals. Additionally responsible for understanding and complying with credit union policies and procedures, and financial regulations including BSA and CFPB.
Essential Functions
Provide quality member service through accurate and professional face‑to‑face interactions, including basic monetary transactions, new member account creation, and account maintenance, with a focus on member retention and acquisition.
Discover and meet member needs by regularly achieving monthly sales standards through product offering in all areas including deposit and lending products, credit and debit cards, investments, and business banking.
Meet job training requirements and comply with safety and service standards defined in the Credit Union’s Policies and Procedures documents.
Remain cognizant of and adhere to BSA regulations and Ent policies and procedures.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or G.E.D. or Equivalent.
6+ months customer service experience in financial services or retail delivery (Required).
6+ months sales experience (Preferred).
Technical Skills
Enthusiastic attitude toward helping our community.
Strong emphasis on member service and appropriate cross‑sell/upsell opportunities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy of all transactions.
Professional and courteous communication skills.
Proficient in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
Comfortable handling physical money with a high level of accuracy directly with members.
Exposure to Microsoft Outlook and web‑based transactional systems.
Able to use 10‑Key by touch (preferred).

Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, and internal pay equity.
This position is eligible for a monthly incentive plan.
