Member Service Representative Join Ent Credit Union as a Member Service Representative. This part‑time role starts on 02/02/2026 and requires 2 weeks of mandatory paid training at our headquarters in Colorado Springs, CO. Service center assignment will be determined upon hire and location will vary within El Paso County. Please note you may be placed in a temporary assignment until a permanent opening becomes available.

Schedule

Monday through Friday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm (shift will vary within these hours)

Saturdays: 8:30 am – 12:30 pm

Responsibilities

Provide accurate and professional face‑to‑face member interactions, including basic monetary transactions, new account creation, and account maintenance.

Discover and meet member needs, achieving monthly sales standards through product offering in deposit, lending, credit and debit cards, investments, and business banking.

Maintain compliance with credit union policies, BSA, and CFPB regulations.

Meet all service, performance, and safety standards.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.

At least 6 months of customer service experience in financial services or retail delivery.

At least 6 months of sales experience (preferred).

Enthusiastic attitude toward helping the community.

Strong member service focus and ability to offer cross‑sell/upsell opportunities.

Attention to detail and accuracy in transactions.

Professional and courteous communication skills.

Basic math proficiency and comfortable handling physical money.

Experience with Microsoft Outlook and web‑based transactional systems.

10‑key touch proficiency preferred.

Training & Physical Requirements

Training: 2 weeks mandatory paid training.

Physical: Standing – occasionally; walking – occasionally; sitting – frequently; lifting – rarely (40 lbs).

Other physical requirements as detailed above.
