As a Fricker’s manager, you will provide outstanding leadership, inspire a community‑centered team, coach staff, manage costs, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities
Execute Fricker’s unique brand of fun, food, sports, and spirits. Drive positive sales growth. Maintain a healthy, safe, and secure environment by following food‑safety, sanitation, and security standards. Achieve optimal performance by communicating expectations, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and enforcing policies. Control costs by monitoring food and labor efficiencies. Recruit, select, and train quality individuals to meet staffing objectives. Qualifications
At least two years of recent restaurant management experience in a fast‑casual atmosphere. Steady, stable employment track record; minimum of two professional references. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Positive, friendly demeanor and customer/guest service focus. Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Preferred Qualifications
