Administrative Assistant (Bilingual Spanish)
Location: Glen Rock, NJ
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (100% on‑site)
Employment Type: Temp‑to‑Hire
Pay Rate: up to $25.00/hour, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to office staff and management.
Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage incoming correspondence.
Assist with scheduling, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
Support with other general office duties as needed.
Coordinate projects – scheduling, reporting, and light billing duties.
Previous experience in construction or service coordination is a plus.
Must have basic Microsoft Excel skills.
Qualifications
Previous administrative or office support experience preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
