$45,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machinery (lathes, mills, grinders) according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and G-code programs.
Monitor machine operations, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency.
Perform in-process and final quality inspections using precision measuring tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine alarms, tool wear, and operational issues.
Load and unload raw materials and finished parts from machines.
Perform routine preventative maintenance on CNC equipment.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience operating and setting up CNC mills and/or lathes.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and G-code.
Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and its application.
Skilled in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges.
Ability to perform in-process quality checks and maintain tight tolerances.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks CAM) for program review or minor edits
Proficiency with advanced metrology equipment (e.g., CMM, optical comparators)
Demonstrated experience with multi-axis machining (4-axis, 5-axis, mill-turn)
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies
