Renewal by Andersen is hiring a Warehouse Associate for our Elkridge, MD location. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, unpacking, checking, and storing merchandise or materials; they fill requisitions and orders. They may operate a forklift and perform a variety of manual tasks under general supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Load and unload shipments of products and/or materials; record receipts & enter into computer system
Stage materials for pick‑up or shipping
Move materials on/off of shelves
Assist in staging customer orders
Keep warehouse areas clean and neat, including sweeping, shoveling snow, picking up debris and maintaining a safe environment
Maintain service parts area; log all incoming and outgoing parts
Maintain inventory levels; record and report specific usage
Recommend changes/improvements to work processes and procedures in writing
Understand and meet safety requirements for equipment and tools
Help lift large units as requested in warehouse or on installation job sites
Deliver needed materials to job sites
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license with acceptable accident and moving‑violation record
Knowledge of application and use of power tools
Organizational skills, detail‑oriented
Ability to physically lift up to 75 lbs.
Basic knowledge of construction materials and tools
Basic math skills; legible writing
Forklift operation certification required
Physical Requirements Summary Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
Pay Range $19.45 – $28.15

Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
