Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (40 hrs/wk) – can be modified as needed

Job Summary The person in this position will coordinate appointments and care, provide patient assessment and education, financial counseling, and facilitate process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate patient appointments and treatment plans

Assess patient needs and provide education on dental treatments

Counsel patients on financial aspects and insurance options

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance patient care delivery

Required Experience & Education

4 years related experience (Dental Treatment Coordination preferred; BLS/ACLS highly preferred)

High School Diploma or equivalent (HS)

Required license/registration: None

Physical Requirements Sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods; repetitive motion; standing or walking with objects up to 25 lbs; lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects up to 50 lbs.
