Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Greater Houston for a Customer Service Representative at All Car Collision, Inc. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience by providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include answering calls, scheduling appointments, providing estimates, maintaining communication with clients throughout the repair process, and handling inquiries professionally. You will collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a client‑focused approach.

Basic technical understanding of automotive services is a plus, but not required.
Ability to work on‑site in Greater Houston and maintain a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
Familiarity with using standard office software and tools for administrative tasks.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in customer service or automotive fields are a plus.
Bilingual in either English and Spanish or English and Vietnamese.
