Base pay range $18.00/hr – $20.00/hr

Job Responsibilities
Assist the Site Manager in day‑to‑day operations from site upkeep to guest service and membership sales.
Train and develop a positive team, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Manage site staff, maintain a clean, safe & efficient site, and improve overall performance.
Handle daily paperwork in the manager’s absence.
Deliver the best customer experience by training the team on internal and external programs and building customer loyalty through the membership program.
Offer and sell Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships and Single Wash Packages.
Ensure safe vehicle loading onto the conveyor and proper vehicle prep.
Perform site cleaning, including tunnel equipment, floor, walls, pit, vacuum area, walkways, and queuing area.
Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, following the uniform policy.
Ensure compliance with local, state, federal laws, and internal audits.
Communicate effectively with the Site Manager and support team.
Support a culture of exceptional customer care and proactive leadership.
Qualifications
Always maintain the highest level of customer care.
Adaptable to high‑volume retail dynamics and varied situations.
Strong initiative and problem‑solving skills.
Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Experience improving staff performance through motivation, training, and clear expectations.
Leadership Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to lead, support, and contribute to team goals.
Language Skills
Ability to communicate in English.
Communicate operational concerns with Management and co‑workers.
Reporting Relationships
Reports to the Site Manager.
Working & Environmental Conditions
Works outdoors with exposure to vehicle fumes, equipment, and cleaning solvents.
Temperature and conditions fluctuate constantly.
Noise and vibration exposure.
Physical Demands
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Steady standing or walking for extended periods.
Ability to operate all related equipment.
