Salary range: $18.00/hr – $20.00/hr
Sign‑on bonus: $750 after 90 days of continued employment

Responsibilities
Assist in day‑to‑day operations, including site upkeep and guest service.
Train and coach team members on internal and external programs, building customer loyalty through membership sales.
Provide daily direction, ensuring safety and compliance with all procedures.
Manage site staff, maintain a clean, safe and efficient environment.
Support the Site Manager by handling daily paperwork and open/close activities.
Lead by example, offering strong, positive, proactive leadership and feedback.
Perform site cleaning (tunnel equipment, floor, walls, vacuums, etc.) and maintain high standards of personal appearance.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and internal audits.
Greet guests, sell monthly unlimited wash memberships and single wash packages.
Verify that all vehicles are loaded safely onto the conveyor and cleaned according to company guidelines.
Qualifications
High customer‑care focus and ability to adapt in a high‑volume retail setting.
Initiative, attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
Flexible schedule, able to work varied hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
Demonstrate leadership skills: verbal communication, motivation, training and setting clear expectations.
English literacy and operational communication with management and coworkers.
Physical Demands
Lifting up to 50 lbs.
Extended periods of standing or walking.
Flexible hours, night and day, weekends and holidays.
Working Conditions
Outdoor work with exposure to fumes from vehicles, equipment and cleaning solvents.
Constant temperature fluctuations, noise and vibration exposure.
