Greeting customers and ensuring a great experience as you fuel and wash vehicles Performing vehicle readiness inspections for tires, fluids, and basic maintenance items Keeping facilities clean and safe for customers and associates Building skills through training and hands-on coaching to perform minor repairs (e.g., installing or rotating tires, preventive maintenance) Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor Why Penske is for You

High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred Valid driver’s license required Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work well as part of a team Ability and willingness to work outdoors Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred) Basic computer skills Ability to understand and comply with Penske instructions, guidelines, and safety policies Adherence to DOT, OSHA, and Penske safety and maintenance policies, including proper use of tools and PPE Regular, predictable attendance is essential To operate Penske and customer vehicles, current driver qualification file is required, including annual MVR check, DOT Physical, and Safety History records; CDL holders will have a DOT Drug Screening and FMCSA Clearinghouse review Willingness to work the required schedule and location; background checks and drug testing may be required; potential travel for training Note: This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive. Ability to work in a state of alertness and to ensure safety for oneself and others is required. Physical Requirements
