Salary Range:

The Opportunity We are partnering with organizations in Mason that are seeking Quality Technicians. Key Responsibilities Perform detailed inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods. Conduct various physical and functional tests on products and components using specialized equipment. Document inspection results, test data, and non-conformances accurately in quality records. Initiate and track non-conformance reports (NCRs) and assist in root cause analysis. Maintain calibration records and assist with the calibration of inspection, measurement, and test equipment. Support the implementation and adherence to quality control plans and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Assist in the investigation of customer complaints related to product quality. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in using precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality control principles. Experience performing inspections, testing, and documenting results in a manufacturing setting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying and addressing quality issues. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Bonus Qualifications Experience with Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies. Proficiency with specific quality software (e.g., Minitab, dedicated SPC software, LIMS). Internal auditing experience (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100). Advanced understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
