Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Troubleshoot complex equipment malfunctions to minimize production downtime.
Install, commission, and decommission new or relocated production equipment.
Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used in CMMS.
Adhere to all safety protocols, LOTO procedures, and company policies.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for equipment reliability and efficiency.
Recommended Qualifications
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Demonstrated experience with PLC diagnostics and industrial control systems.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Vocational training or an Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with PLC programming and editing.
Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques.
Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Advanced troubleshooting and repair skills for hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles.
