Manager, Recruiter @ Lawyers On Demand (a Consilio Company) Lawyers On Demand, a Consilio company, is currently seeking skilled applicants on behalf of a boutique law firm in Northern Virginia for their opening as for a Jr. Legal Administrative Assistant. This is a contract position, with an open-ended duration, anticipated to last roughly 4-6 weeks with the possibility of extension. Individuals in this role will support two attorneys who perform Trust & Estates work, and much of the duties and responsibilities will include answering and returning phone calls, setting up meetings, collecting documents from clients, and related administrative tasks. Preferred applicants will have strong organizational skills, superior attention to detail, and excellent telephone communication skills. Recent college graduates with prior internship experience in a law firm or professional services environment are encouraged to apply.

Job Overview

Contract – Open-Ended

Contract Pay at $22/hour

100% On-Site in Fairfax (near Fair Oaks Mall)

Hours are 9:00am – 5:00pm (35 hours per week)

Duties & Responsibilities

Receive and respond to incoming calls from potential new clients; complete data collection and other intake documents for determination of consultations and collect required documents for consultations;

Send confirmation emails, payment links, calendar invites, and update attorney calendars;

Have strong organizational skills, with superior attention to detail; must be able to keep track of attorneys’ appointments, follow-up tasks, to-do items, request follow-up on all and maintain a traditional “tickler”;

Be polite, yet assertive, to help keep attorneys on task given high volume of caseload;

Excellent telephone skills; must be able to screen potential client calls and return calls promptly.
