Job Title: Mechanic II
Location: Jacksonville, FL - onsite
Shift: Thursday - Sunday, Nightshift
Responsibilities
Maintain and/or replace conveyor, V-belts, gear boxes, and motor controls (drive cards)
Test, maintain, install, repair + calibrate equipment (sorters, conveyor, lifts, box sizers, PIT, etc.)
Perform Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM)
Perform Breakdown Analysis + utilize PLC
Perform daily equipment walkthrough
Read Schematics
Conduct electromechanics, robotics, and mechanical troubleshooting
Assist maintenance team as needed
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience maintaining FC/DC machinery + conveyance
Excellent mechanical + electrical abilities (up to 480V)
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Regularly to lift up to 20 lbs throughout the shift and up to 50 lbs occasionally
Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist or crouch for entirety of shift.
