Part‑time; 10‑20 hours per week.

Hours are flexible to meet your class schedule, with a preference to work 1–2 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Friday when the Financial Services team is in the office.

Salary Range: Targeted salary $10.00 per hour based on experience

Job Description This position will assist the Financial Services department with digitizing various accounting records from hardcopy to softcopy format. It will also help organize the digitized documents so that they are easily accessible by the team. We are looking for individuals who are organized, flexible, and professional.

Essential Duties

Digitizing hardcopy accounting records into PDF documents

Organize PDF documents into logical and easily accessible folders on the Financial Services shared drive

Other office organizational duties as assigned

Spring 2026 Term

as a student at the University of Oklahoma. Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.
