Job Description Performs a variety of clerical tasks for the Provost’s Office, including answering phones, assisting visitors, scanning and copying documents, filing and data entry, making coffee, stocking supplies, preparing for meetings, and proofreading materials as needed.

Work will begin January 2026

Job Requirements Required Education:

Must be currently enrolled in the Spring 2026 term as a student at the University of Oklahoma – Norman campus, contingent upon verification of current student status.

Must attach Spring 2026 OU class schedule.

Must be able to work in a minimum of four‑hour blocks at a time, generally Monday‑Friday.

Skills:

Experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Advertised Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift moderate objects 15‑44 lbs, including using the upper body to raise objects from a lower position to a higher position.

Department Preferences:

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.

Someone who enjoys working as a team.
