Alpha is seeking a Student Learning Coach to mentor small, self‑motivated cohorts in San Francisco, Miami, or Santa Barbara, leveraging AI‑enabled adaptive learning tools and innovative coaching practices.

Responsibilities
Engage students daily through direct mentorship and motivation, focusing on coaching rather than lecturing.
Utilize adaptive learning technology and AI tools to personalize learning progressions.
Facilitate small‑group sessions on leadership development, life skills, and practical success frameworks.
Guide students in identifying personal strengths and expanding their aspirations via tailored growth roadmaps.
Contribute to the continuous evolution of Alpha’s educational model by providing data, observations, and innovative recommendations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (any discipline).
Proven track record of exceptional achievement (e.g., top‑tier academic distinctions, Division I or Olympic‑level athletics, national‑level competitive success).
Minimum 3 years of direct experience mentoring, coaching, or teaching K–8 students.
Excellent verbal communication and public‑speaking skills.
Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Availability to work on‑site at one of the following locations: San Francisco, CA; Miami, FL; Santa Barbara, CA.
Working Conditions This is a full‑time, 40 hours per week position that is immediately available. The role requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. Compensation is $60 USD per hour, equivalent to $120,000 USD per year, paid weekly.
