What You Will Be Doing
Engage directly with students each day to inspire and mentor through high‑impact peer‑style coaching.
Leverage adaptive technology and AI platforms to support individualized learning progression.
Facilitate small‑group sessions that emphasize leadership development, practical life skills, and strategies for real‑world achievement.
Partner with students to identify strengths and broaden aspirations via tailored growth roadmaps.
Provide feedback, data, and innovative ideas to continually refine Alpha’s approach.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree from any discipline.
Proven history of exceptional achievement (e.g., top academic distinctions, Division 1/Olympic athletics, national competitions).
Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience mentoring, coaching, or teaching K‑8 students.
Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship required).
Ability to work on‑site in Miami, FL; Santa Barbara, CA; or San Francisco, CA.
