Our client is seeking a qualified

Level 2 Support Technician

onsite in Olean, NY to provide end‑user support in a manufacturing/warehouse environment. Must have own vehicle and be willing to work day shift, OT, on call, and after‑hours.

Duties And Responsibilities

Deliver desk‑side service to the client for laptop/desktop hardware and software break‑fix incidents.

Deploy, configure, and support mobile devices, printers, RF scanners, and standard productivity software for internal users at the site.

Support configuration and installation of desktops, including patch updates and hardware replacements.

Provide “Smart Hands” support for access points and switches per SOP.

Assist client’s IT team with network and infrastructure initiatives, including hardware and system administration.

Participate in meetings and planning sessions related to maintenance, upgrade, infrastructure inventory, risk assessment, and disaster recovery.

Take appropriate action in the event of non‑compliance with security requirements as guided by the client IT support teams.

Asset tagging and updating the asset database per SOP.

Skills And Qualifications

Experience with Windows 10 and 11.

Prior experience with a ticketing system, preferably ServiceNow.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs solo and 50 lbs with a partner.

Willingness to walk, sit, stand, crawl, or kneel for extended periods.

Wage Range The rate for this position is between

$22.50

and

$33.00

per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Starting pay may vary based on geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
