Position Summary • 3rd‑shift schedule: Sunday – Friday 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM, or until work is completed, with rotating days off. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime. • Warehouse material handler responsibilities include loading, unloading, stocking tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced environment using industrial vehicles such as forklifts or picker equipment. You will also operate scanners to locate and put away inventory, maintain inventory control, and perform safety‑compliant stacking.
Job Responsibilities
Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts while operating forklifts or picker equipment.
Use scanners to locate and put away tires, assisting with inventory control.
Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds; perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment for commercial tires.
Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
Work safely at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
Remain on your feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
Contribute to a culture of safety by adhering to all safety policies and operating procedures.
Assist other departments such as e‑commerce, inventory, and calls depending on business needs.
Perform other job‑related tasks and follow supervisor instructions as directed.

Physical Demands and Work Environment The employee must be able to lift up to 80 pounds, exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds, and work at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment. Protective equipment (steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, harness, seatbelt, SRL) is required and provided by U.S. AutoForce except for the boots. Employees may be exposed to weather conditions, moderate noise, and fumes associated with tires, parts, and lubricants.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds; push force up to 40 pounds.
Ability to work at 25‑foot heights safely while operating equipment.
Abide by company safety policies and transportation regulations.
Pass forklift certification.
Willing to work overtime as required.
Follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
Work in a team environment.
Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (non‑THC/marijuana).
