Position Summary U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.

The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. with rotating Saturdays. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.

Job Responsibilities

Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.

Use scanners to locate and put away tires and assist with inventory control.

Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds; use mechanical equipment or perform team lifts for commercial tires.

Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.

Operate equipment safely at heights up to 25 feet on stock racks.

Remain on your feet for extended periods and be willing to work overtime as needed.

Contribute to our culture of safety by adhering to all safety policies and operating procedures.

Assist other departments (e.g., e‑commerce, inventory, will call) as business needs require.

Perform other job‑related tasks and follow instructions from a supervisor, with reasonable accommodations when provided.

Physical Demands and Work Environment The employee must be able to lift products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds, and exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds. Handling of commercial tires may involve rolling, destacking, team lifting, or use of mechanical equipment. Protective equipment is required, including steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and a self‑retracting lifeline (SRL). All equipment is provided by U.S. AutoForce except steel/composite toe boots. The work environment may expose employees to weather conditions, moderate noise, and fumes associated with tires, car parts, and lubricants.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.

At least 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience.

Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds.

Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.

Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.

Knowledge of and adherence to all company safety policies, state and federal transportation regulations, and manufacturing guidelines.

Forklift certification or willingness to obtain it.

Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.

Team‑work orientation.

Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug test (no THC/marijuana).
