Operations Associate - Hedge Fund

Join a prominent New York City-based hedge fund as an Operations Associate. The role offers daily operational support across multiple strategies, close collaboration with senior stakeholders, and exposure to a sophisticated investment platform.
Base pay $80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Daily reconciliation of cash, positions, profit & loss, accruals, receivables/payables.
Trade processing, reconciliation, settlement coordination and trade break resolution.
Processing and reconciliation of corporate actions.
Review daily and monthly profit & loss.
Generate internal trade, position and profit & loss reporting for trading teams and risk.
Track trading strategies including fixed income, equity, FX, bank debt, futures, and swaps.
Interface with prime brokers and ISDA counterparties.
Requirements
1-3 years of prior operations and/or accounting experience, preferably within a hedge fund.
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
