Customer Service Our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the first contact with our customers - we value their commitment to exceptional customer service, enthusiastic attitude, and ability to assist customers through the ordering process.
Get Paid to Talk! CSRs earn an hourly base pay of $16.00 while providing exceptional customer service and gaining experience with in‑store duties and learning the pizza delivery business.
Great Hours! CSRs work mostly on weekends and evenings. It is a great after‑school, second job, summer or part‑time role for anyone looking for flexible, part‑time hours.
Opportunities! The position offers an excellent chance to learn the in‑store side and ultimately move into management. Domino’s Pizza is committed to promoting from within—many General Managers started as drivers or CSRs.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old with excellent communication skills; some computer experience is helpful. Applicants must be able to work in a fast‑paced team environment.
Physical Requirements
Standing Most tasks performed from standing position; walking surfaces include ceramic tile “bricks” with linoleum; height of work surfaces 36"–48".
Walking Short distances for short durations; delivery personnel commute between store and vehicle.
Sitting Paperwork normally completed in an office at a desk or table.
Lifting Bulk product deliveries twice a week or more, unloaded by hand truck; deliveries may weigh up to 50 pounds; cases lifted from floor to shelves up to 72" high.
Carrying Large cans (3 lb 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 lb), trays of dough (~12 lb each) carried from workstation to storage shelves; during delivery carry pizzas and beverages while walking.
Pushing Move trays on dollies (24"–30" requiring up to 7.5 lb force); trays may also be pulled.
Climbing Infrequently navigate stairs or climb ladder for maintenance.
Stooping / Bending Forward bending at waist at pizza assembly station; may occur 30–45 sec continuously.
Crouching / Squatting Occasional to stock shelves and clean low areas.
Reaching Continuous reaching up/down/forward; may reach above 72" to turn oven controls, etc.; reach down to scoop cornmeal or wash dishes; forward to obtain toppings or answer phones.
Machines / Tools May use pencils, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, pizza peel.
Qualifications
Valid U.S. employment authorization to work in the United States.
Friendly.
Works well with others.
Works well under stress in a high‑paced environment.
Ability to multitask.
Able to respond to customer concerns.
Must be able to follow Team Sharma Domino’s policies.
Must work together as a team.
Must understand all store calls are answered after the first ring.
