Adult Discipleship Pastor – West Little Rock Campus Fellowship Bible Church is seeking a team-oriented pastor passionate about small groups (called D-Groups), discipleship, and leader development to join the Adult Discipleship team at the West Little Rock Campus. This position is specific to the West Little Rock campus, so responsibilities listed below are campus specific unless otherwise noted.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Encourage, coach, and disciple D-Group leaders of all age ranges as they lead D-Groups

Help people who are new to Fellowship Bible Church connect to D-Groups

Identify, train, equip, and coach new D-Group leaders from the church

Teach in various trainings and classes for leaders and the church family

Meet with people from the church for discipleship opportunities

Engage in occasional pastoral counseling

Work with the Adult Discipleship Team to encourage and equip the church for service and ministry

Work with the Adult Discipleship Campus Team on common initiatives, programs, and processes that impact all campuses

Writing assignments specific to D-Groups and Adult Discipleship classes

Serve with the Connection Center on Sundays on a regular basis

Serve as Pastor on Call 2-3 times a year

Work to continue to build and improve the culture and system of D-Groups and Adult Discipleship

Help D-Group leaders move their groups onto local and global missions and service opportunities

Work with the Pastor of Discipleship and team to continually give input, evaluate, and improve how we make disciples

Assist and/or lead Marriage Ministry, Parenting and/or Discipleship Classes at the WLR campus

Other related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

Education and Experience:

Seminary degree preferred.

3-5 years of full-time experience (or equivalent) in discipleship ministry.

Knowledge and Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook

Collaborative mindset, willing to support and unify the broader team

Able to balance Biblical knowledge with actions

Enjoys working hard with a bend towards execution

Relates well to a variety of people

Able to initiate and drive projects to completion without constant oversight

Strong communicator, both in written and verbal formats providing information people need to know

Dedicated to meeting the needs of volunteers and the body with compassion and genuine care for people

Works well with others to accomplish team goals

Spiritual Requirements:

High relational capacity and a servant’s heart

Work Schedule:

40-45 hours/wk. Sun-Thur with flexibility for evening and weekend events

Worship and Communications Pastor I. Supervision:

This position will work under the direct supervision of the Senior Pastor.

The Worship and Communications Pastor will provide leadership for the Worship Ministry and Media Ministry, with the goal of leading the congregation to worship God and to make disciples who make disciples.

III. Personal Expectations:

A. Live a lifestyle of worship fully devoted to the Lord (Romans 12:1-2) that is beyond reproach according to Biblical guidelines (I Timothy 3:1-8).

B. affirm the 2000 Baptist Faith and Message.

C. Steward his family well by placing them as the first ministry priority.

D. Steward his finances well with a consistent practice of Biblical tithing (Malachi 3:10-11).

E. Steward his time well, understanding that compensation is based on a salary package (Determined by agreement between him and the church).

F. He must be a self-starter and willing to live by strong accountability.

IV. Professional Expectations:

A. Supervise the planning and leading of the weekly worship gatherings.

a. This includes all areas relating to Sunday services (i.e., ushers, greeters, media, and publications).

B. Provide spiritual and technical leadership for the Worship Team (includes vocalists and instrumentalists). He must also oversee all other Choir ministries.

C. The Worship and Communications Pastor will work alongside the Children’s Ministry Director in developing children as worshipers.

D. Work with the Student Ministry to ensure quality worship teams for the Wednesday evening student ministry.

E. Supervise all media production and equipment.

F. Supervise both website and radio ministries.

G. Supervise all media and music-related staff.

H. Provide leadership in preparing the annual church budget with direct oversight of the Worship Music and Worship Media budgets.

I. Share in pastor care responsibilities weekly (i.e., hospital, in-home, evangelism, funerals, and weddings).

J. Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Pastor.

V. Compensation:

Compensation is determined by the agreement of the Deacon board, church body, and Worship and Communications Pastor based on the current year’s budget.

VI. Education Requirements:

A. Preferred degree from a Baptist seminary (but not limited to).

B. 3-5 years of experience leading worship.

Associate Campus Pastor – Community Summary:

Under the direction of the Campus Pastor and Lead Community & Campus Operations Pastor, the Associate Campus Pastor of Community leads relational and discipleship systems for the campus, including LifeGroups, Growth Track, volunteer assimilation, and local missions. This position ensures that every person moves from first-time guest to fully engaged member through relational connection, spiritual growth, and leadership development. The role focuses on relationships, community, and discipleship while collaborating closely with the Campus Pastor and Campus/Support Teams.

Essential Job Functions:

Communicate the vision, mission, and values of Church Unlimited

Lead, serve, and support during weekend services and special events

Assist in the overall strategic, management, development and growth of campus ministry

Identify, recruit and develop key ministry leaders in areas of oversight

Lead the LifeGroups ministry by recruiting, training, and caring for LifeGroup leaders.

Oversee Growth Track and ensure a consistent assimilation process for all new attenders.

Champion volunteer onboarding, training, and placement across ministry areas.

Oversee local missions initiatives and partnerships at the campus.

Develop and maintain systems for spiritual growth, discipleship, and connection.

Track engagement metrics and provide regular reporting on participation and assimilation.

Collaborate with Ministry Support leadership for alignment of systems and goals.

Serve as a visible campus leader during weekend services and events.

Teach in small, medium and large group settings

Support pastoral care needs of the campus.

Other duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Volunteer leaders for LifeGroups, Growth Track, and Local Missions.

Leadership development for key volunteer team leads.

Skill/Ability/Knowledge Requirements:

Strong relational leadership and pastoral care abilities.

Experience leading LifeGroups, discipleship, or assimilation programs.

Knowledge of volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.

Excellent communication, follow‑up, and organization skills.

Ability to lead multiple teams and initiatives simultaneously.

Alignment with Church Unlimited’s mission, values, and staff culture.
