WIS Retail Supervisor – What You Will Do
Coach and train Inventory Associates – accuracy matters.
Follow a clear, consistent workflow – your playbook for success.
Lead & engage – serve as primary point of contact for event concerns, support directives from Area or District Manager, maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement.
Represent our core values (Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, Teamwork) in a positive, safe, inclusive environment.
Support technology and processes that help people succeed.
Team Requirements
At least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years experience as Inventory Associate or similar role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, time‑management, customer service and conflict‑resolution skills.
Flexible schedule, ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.
Strong focus and attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
Encouraged: candidates with no degree, returning to workforce, military experience.
Access to reliable transportation.
Willing to submit to pre‑employment investigative consumer report and drug screen as required.
Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meet WIS Fleet driver requirements (if applicable).
Working Conditions This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods; walk, squat, kneel, crouch; use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions; lift up to 25 lbs; use ladder; travel by car or plane, including overnight stays.
