Join WIS International as a Retail Inventory Supervisor – Mornings. The role starts at $18.00 - $21.00 per hour and is part‑time. This position focuses on managing inventory and training associates in early morning shifts.
Responsibilities
Coach and train Inventory Associates – accuracy matters.
Follow a clear, consistent workflow – your playbook for success.
Lead & engage: serve as primary contact for resolving event‑related concerns, supporting District Manager directives, and maximizing team productivity.

Qualifications
At least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of two (2) years experience as an Inventory Associate or similar.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, time‑management, customer service, and conflict‑resolution skills.
Ability to work flexible schedules and stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools; strong attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
Access to reliable transportation.
Willing to submit for pre‑employment investigative consumer report and drug screen; valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meet WIS Fleet requirements may be required.
Preferred: military experience, no degree required, entry‑level or returning to workforce.
