Social Media Specialist
Carrollton, GA (West Atlanta area) - Full Time
The Role: Z1 is looking for a motivated individual to be the voice of our brand on social media and execute or digital social media strategies. The successful candidate will be a creative writer with excellent communication skills in addition to be a team player. Knowledge of current social media best practices is a must as is being plugged into emerging trends. Key responsibilities & qualifications include:
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for creating social media campaigns that span multiple social channels
Day-to-day management of social media properties
Engage in reputation management by way of monitoring interactions on our social media channels and engaging with customers in comments, messages, and reviews
Proactively engage with customers that leave reviews on our website, Google, and on various other platforms
Strategize and execute plans to grow our social following and digital audience
Develop and manage social influencer programs
Support Z1 events and represent Z1 at industry events
Prepare monthly reports on social media efforts and performance
Support the marketing team as needed on department projects and events
Requirements EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred
3 or more years of social media experience, including planning and managing content
Automotive Enthusiast
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of social media management and reputation management strategy and tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
