The successful candidate will be a creative writer with excellent communication skills and a team‑player mindset, versed in current social media best practices and emerging trends. Responsibilities
Create social media campaigns that span multiple social channels. Manage day‑to‑day operations of social media properties. Engage in reputation management by monitoring interactions and responding to customers on social media channels. Proactively address customer reviews on our website, Google, and other platforms. Strategize and execute plans to grow our social following and digital audience. Develop and manage social influencer programs. Support Z1 events and represent Z1 at industry events. Prepare monthly reports on social media efforts and performance. Assist the marketing team with departmental projects and events. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred. Minimum 3 years of social media experience, including planning and managing content. Automotive enthusiast. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of social media management and reputation management strategy and tools. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
