Insight Global's client is seeking a Surety Territory Manager to drive profitable growth of the surety business, encompassing production, underwriting, sales, and service. The role can be remote or hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote, dependent on distance from the office) from the greater Indianapolis area including Chicago. The successful candidate will travel within the western territory to manage territory development. A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record are required; company car provided or mileage reimbursement at the federal rate of .7. Responsibilities
Drive production and agency management for the contract surety line of business. Collaborate with underwriting, sales, and service teams to ensure profitable growth. Travel within the western region to develop and expand territory. Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related field 8 years of experience with surety agents, competitors, and different bond forms Experience analyzing credit reports, contracts, and bond obligations Experience with surety automation systems (Propeller, Tinubu Square, Surety 2000, Bond-Pro or similar) Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Nice to Have Skills and Experience
