Executive Assistant to C‑Level Executive

This role supports two senior executives in a fast‑paced fashion and lifestyle company based in New York City. The Executive Assistant will ensure efficient daily operations through expert calendar management, travel coordination, and comprehensive administrative support, allowing the executives to focus on strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

Manage complex schedules and meetings for two executives.

Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.

Prepare detailed materials for meetings and presentations, ensuring executives are well‑prepared.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Manage expense reports and assist with budget tracking.

Support the planning and execution of special projects and organizational events.

Prioritize and handle multiple tasks, ensuring all deadlines are met efficiently.

Required Experience & Skills

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably within the fashion, lifestyle, or creative industry.

Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with collaboration tools such as Zoom, Teams, and Slack.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated expertise in travel coordination and complex scheduling.

A proactive, self‑starter mindset with excellent problem‑solving skills.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Equivalent professional experience will be considered.
