Warehouse Team Lead
Ryder System, Inc. is immediately hiring a Permanent Full‑Time Warehouse Lead to support our Facility in Etna, Ohio.
We offer competitive pay: $16.50 per hour plus $0.75 per hour shift premium and $1.00 per hour lead premium. Products handled include retail items and clothes.
Equipment : computer and scanner.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
≥1 year powered industrial truck experience (preferred)
≥1 year previous Team Lead experience (preferred)
≥1 year Microsoft Office proficiency (preferred)
≥1 year warehouse experience (preferred)
Advanced RF scanner knowledge (required)
Valid forklift operator’s license (certified)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Effective leadership skills
Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational skills
Proactive approach to responsibilities
Maintains composure under pressure
Adheres to health and safety methods
Bilingual for Québec locations only (if applicable)
Responsibilities
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency
Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting
Allocate resources and organize daily work duties for team members
Inspire and guide team toward KPIs using appropriate leadership styles
Provide orientation and necessary tools for employees
Promote health and safety working methods
Handle day‑to‑day paperwork: picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.
Complete and submit daily reports; propose action plans to enhance operations and service levels
Perform other duties as assigned
