Business Development Manager – Unique Vacations, Inc. Unique Vacations, Inc., an affiliate of Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts, is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Location Salt Lake City, Utah.

Employment Type Full‑time, Entry Level.

Job Function Business Development and Sales.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, tour operators and tourist boards within the assigned territory.

Grow new business by assisting agencies in developing marketing plans and achieving booking goals through the Certified & Preferred Sandals Agency Programs.

Deliver presentations and training using PowerPoint, Excel and Word to travel agencies.

Manage client data and maintain accurate records in the company CRM and document systems.

Travel extensively, including overnight stays, and travel internationally as required.

Work evenings and weekends as necessary to support client needs and business objectives.

Collaborate with internal teams and provide timely reporting to management.

Support administrative tasks related to business development and marketing.

Represent the company at events and marketing activities.

Qualifications

Strong communication, presentation and time‑management skills.

Proficiency in email, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word and social media platforms.

Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.

Strong analytical and organizational abilities; can prioritize multiple tasks.

Good physical stamina – able to lift up to 50 lb and set up displays.

Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and valid passport.

Willingness to travel internationally and domestically.

Positive, outgoing, team‑player attitude.

Compensation Base salary of $59,000 per year with incentive opportunities.
