Corporate Recruiter – Atlantic Group

Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 base + bonus

We are partnered with a highly reputable asset management firm seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. This role will support full-cycle recruiting across a variety of corporate and investment-related functions and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver a high-quality candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake meeting through offer and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and timelines
• Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple corporate and financial services roles
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies using LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing tools
• Coordinate interviews, provide candidate feedback, and manage offer negotiations
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Track and maintain accurate candidate data within the ATS<
• Support employer branding and talent market insights as needed

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within financial services or professional services
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in a corporate recruiting or agency setting
