We’re seeking a highly organized, results‑driven MEX Recruiter to recruit top‑tier talent, manage Vendor Management System (VMS) requisitions, and support enterprise client accounts. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment and enjoys building strong client relationships while owning the full recruitment lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

As a MEX Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates while managing high‑volume VMS requisitions and client expectations.

Recruiting & Candidate Management

  • Source qualified candidates using job boards, databases, referrals, networking, and social platforms
  • Conduct phone screens, skills assessments, and behavioral interviews
  • Present qualified candidates with clear, well‑written summaries and justification
  • Maintain active pipelines for frequently requested skill sets
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them through hiring and onboarding
  • Ensure all candidate data is accurately documented in the ATS and VMS
  • Provide proactive updates to candidates throughout the hiring process

Client & VMS Management

  • Own a portfolio of 2–3 enterprise clients
  • Manage all assigned requisitions within VMS platforms (e.g., Beeline, Fieldglass, IQNavigator, SAP)
  • Monitor incoming job orders, prioritize requisitions, and ensure timely submissions
  • Communicate directly with client managers to clarify requirements, timelines, and expectations
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction
  • Coordinate compliance, onboarding, and documentation through the VMS
  • Track and report metrics such as submittals, interviews, and placements

Collaboration & Process Improvement

  • Partner with delivery teams to align client needs with candidate qualifications
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve recruiting strategies, processes, and VMS performance

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years of recruiting or staffing experience (VMS experience a plus)
  • Strong understanding of full‑cycle recruiting and staffing workflows
  • Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a high‑volume environmentStrong time management and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, Microsoft Office, and online sourcing tools
  • Self‑motivated, results‑focused, and driven by urgency and accountability
