A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is available, serving K-12 students in a vibrant school setting located in Christiansburg, VA. This opportunity offers a comprehensive calendar-year role supporting a diverse caseload across all grade levels. Multiple openings are available, including positions for Clinical Fellows, fully certified clinicians, and those with experience in school-based speech-language pathology. Key Responsibilities: Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment services for students with speech and language disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal guidelines. Participate in IEP development and team meetings. Utilize specialized tools and technology to enhance therapy sessions. Desired Qualifications: Valid Speech-Language Pathology certification (CCC-SLP preferred). Eligibility for or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Experience working in school settings with K-12 caseloads. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and work independently. Knowledge of evidence-based practices in speech-language therapy. Location: Christiansburg, VA Work Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, serving students across grades K-12.
