Senior Recruiter
to join our team for a 6 Month Contract
supporting a leading consulting organization known for solving complex business challenges. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects and partner with hiring leaders to deliver exceptional talent solutions.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for professional services roles, from intake to offer.
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Source, engage, and qualify candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
Maintain accurate candidate data and progress updates in the ATS.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Provide market insights and recommendations to improve talent acquisition strategies.
Qualifications:
5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in professional services or consulting environments.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruiting best practices.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Familiarity with ATS platforms (Workday experience is a plus).
