Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions | Full time
● Salary : $320,000 base + up to $38,000 additionally if call is divided equally
● Shifts : FT - Daily shift TBD
● Call : Required, as this role is part of the OR call team
Call pay: $750 weekday / $2,500 weekend (24hr)
Post-call days are off
1:12 call ratio
● Case Types : General, Orthopedic, GI, OB/GYN, ENT, Urology, Endoscopy, CV, Neuro, and Vascular ● Staffing Grid : The anesthesia team includes 25 CRNAs and 9 MDs across hospital and outpatient settings
Main hospital daily staffing: 3 MDs and 8 CRNAs
Outpatient centers staffing: 1 MD and 4 CRNAs

Requirements
● Current certification as a
CRNA
by the National Board on
Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
● Valid, unrestricted
RN and CRNA licenses in Texas.(Currently, or willing to obtain)
●
Minimum
of 0-1 years ofexperience
as a CRNA, with
proficiency
in various anesthesiology cases.
● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesiamanagement for diverse patient populations.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interactwith patients, families, and the healthcare team.
● Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliveroptimal patient care.
● BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
● Malpractice and Tail Insurance Coverage
