Shifts : Multiple schedule options available:
Mix of 8s/10s/12s (40 hours/week on a 4 day schedule) - $285,000
7am - 5pm (50 hours/week) - $343,750
Alternating 7am - 7pm and 7am - 3pm - $295,000
Case Types : General, Orthopedic, OB/GYN, ENT, Urology, Endoscopy, Neuro, Vascular and CV
Staffing Grid : Anesthesia team includes 25 CRNAs and 9 MDs across hospital and outpatient setting. Daily staffing:
Main hospital: 3 MDs and 8 CRNAs
Outpatient centers: 1 MD and 4 CRNAs
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated CRNA to join its
non-call

Requirements
Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Texas (currently or willing to obtain).
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in various anesthesia cases.
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
Malpractice and Tail Insurance Coverage.
