In the role of

Sr Director, Finance and Revenue Management

based in

Atlanta, GA , you will be part of the

East Region Sales team . You will be a strategic partner to the Regional Sales Leadership team, integrating financial planning, revenue strategy, and performance analysis to drive profitable growth. This role leads the development of long‑range plans, annual budgets, and localized pricing strategies, ensuring alignment with national objectives and market realities. This position reports to the

Regional Vice President

and works closely with the Region Leadership team, sales team, and distributors. What You’ll Be Brewing:

Lead a team of talented colleagues, supporting their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one‑on‑one conversations. Lead the long‑range financial and strategic planning for the region, translating national strategies into actionable geographic plans. Develop the annual operating budget and financial plan (volume, revenue, expenses) by brand and market unit. Partner with Revenue Management, General Managers, and Commercial Development Managers to build localized price and mix plans. Lead annual revenue and price promotion planning, execution, and evaluation. Serve as the financial advisor to the Regional Vice President, Director of Business Development, and senior regional leadership. Build analytical capabilities within the regional finance and revenue management teams. Show authentic leadership, valuing and respecting differences and believing everyone’s unique differences is the key to collaboration and a winning team culture. Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or other relevant field OR equivalent experience. Have 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, revenue management, commercial strategy, or related fields. Be willing to travel regularly within the assigned market or territory to support business needs, including occasional meetings, trainings, and events outside the territory. Enjoy a challenge and complete complex projects quickly and adeptly. Build relationships and collaborate to achieve desired outcomes. Base Salary Range:

$146,600.00 – $192,400.00 (posting salary range) Target short‑term incentive: 30% of salary + $50,000 and 800 Non‑Qualified Stock Options. Target long‑term incentive: $23,000 on average. Average benefits spend: $23,000 per employee, including health, dental, vision, retirement with above‑market employer match, wellness incentives, EAP, paid time off (holidays, vacation days, sick days).
