Administrative Assistant North Indianapolis (Direct Hire)

LHH is partnering with a client on the north side of Indianapolis to recruit an Administrative Assistant for a dynamic office environment. This role combines administrative and receptionist responsibilities and offers the opportunity to support daily operations and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff.

Location: North Side of Indianapolis, IN Compensation: $43,000 $48,000 annually Schedule: Fully Onsite | Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests and customers in a professional manner
  • Manage office supplies and maintain a clean, organized kitchen area
  • Coordinate utility services and manage monthly on/off schedules
  • Oversee contracts with fire protection and trash service providers
  • Collect insurance documentation from tenants and monthly sales reports
  • Handle rent payments from tenants and maintain accurate records
  • Answer incoming phone calls (light volume) and provide excellent customer service
  • Take meeting minutes during weekly staff meetings
  • Assist with occasional travel arrangements
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for basic tasks and simple formulas

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative or receptionist experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (basic formulas)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
