Administrative Assistant North Indianapolis (Direct Hire)
LHH is partnering with a client on the north side of Indianapolis to recruit an Administrative Assistant for a dynamic office environment. This role combines administrative and receptionist responsibilities and offers the opportunity to support daily operations and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff.
Location: North Side of Indianapolis, IN Compensation: $43,000 $48,000 annually Schedule: Fully Onsite | Direct Hire
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests and customers in a professional manner
- Manage office supplies and maintain a clean, organized kitchen area
- Coordinate utility services and manage monthly on/off schedules
- Oversee contracts with fire protection and trash service providers
- Collect insurance documentation from tenants and monthly sales reports
- Handle rent payments from tenants and maintain accurate records
- Answer incoming phone calls (light volume) and provide excellent customer service
- Take meeting minutes during weekly staff meetings
- Assist with occasional travel arrangements
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for basic tasks and simple formulas
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or receptionist experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (basic formulas)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
