Manufacturing Technician

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Manufacturing Technician. Position Type: Full Time Contract, Contract to hire Duration: 12 months Location: Londonderry, NH 03053

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will:

• Assemble, align, and test systems, components, and subassemblies following specified work instructions and procedures to ensure finished product meets established operational and cosmetic requirements.
• Work knowledge of electronic, optical and mechanical assemblies.
• Perform basic computer activities with programs provided.
• Identify, utilize, and perform preventive maintenance on tools and test equipment.
• Demonstrate comprehension of engineering prints and schematics.
• Report deviations from standard to appropriate resource for review, instruction and authorization and obtain quality inspection when appropriate.
• Support Lean manufacturing efforts through continuous process improvement.
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety procedures.
• Apply considerable English language skills to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Apply considerable math skills to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
• Cultivate a culture that assures effective cross functional teamwork.
• Perform job duties in a manner that complies with environmental, health and safety regulations, policies and procedures.

Ideal candidate will have High School Diploma or equivalent with 1 to 3 years of prior related experience.
